This is a solid mixer for pizza dough. The motor on my KitchenAid stripped out twice. This mixer has no issues.
This works great. It may not be a kitchen aid, but at half the price with many nice features, it's a very smart purchase. Large bowl and all the attachments you need! I would recommend this purchase!!
Coming from a Kitchen Aid to this, I can say I am very impressed. There are some things about this mixer that I love more than the Kitchen Aid. First off, it’s so much lighter. Secondly, it whipped up my butter for my buttercream extremely well, it made my buttercream super light and fluffy QUICK 😊 Only thing I don’t like about it is it’s SO LOUD on the highest setting, I had to literally cover my ears. Other than that I love it! 🩷
This works great and is easy to clean. I took a star away for how loud it is.
I owned a Kitchen Aid stand mixer for about 40 years. That wedding gift was a real workhorse but after too much time and too much abuse, it went on to the great kitchen cabinet in the sky. The newer models are so expensive, plus I was told that the motors are no longer as strong so I decided to go for a cheaper brand. I did and I am extremely happy with this mixer. I no longer get a muscle workout from lifting the kitchen aid; this Aucma mixer is so light it feels like you're holding a stick blender! The suction cups on the bottom of the mixer are amazing; the machine totally sticks to my counter, not moving around at all. It's worked well for whipping, standard mixing, and even small bread mixing. I haven't tried anything too taxing, like a recipe using 5 pounds of flour, but whatever I have tried has come out great. The mixing implements come down quite low in the mixing bowl, thus ensuring a uniform mix all around. In sum, it was totally worth the minimal investment.I'll try to update in a while; most items I order break down after the first month, but I have high hopes this will be the exception.
