Dr. Samuel Valme is the founder and CEO of Dinner Ideas Collective, a growing brand dedicated to celebrating and sharing Haitian food culture with the world. As the author of Dinner Ideas for the Haitian Cook and the creator of an upcoming line of Haitian seasonings and specialty foods, Dr. Valme combines business expertise with a deep passion for preserving tradition.
With a Doctorate in Public Policy and Administration and an MBA in Conflict and Negotiation Management, Dr. Valme has spent his career leading initiatives that bring people together and create lasting impact. Today, he channels that same vision into making authentic Haitian flavors more accessible to home cooks and food lovers everywhere.
Through Dinner Ideas Collective, Dr. Valme’s mission is simple: honor Haitian heritage, support Haitian farmers and producers, and give families the tools to keep their culinary traditions alive.
