Easy book to follow and make the recipes.

I am a cook and his instructions are very detailed. Other Haitian cookbooks leave out some small but very important details. This will be a great gift to my children and other friends and family members.

As a haitian person I enjoyed my childhood cuisine. I still think I have to pursue my Haitian culinary knowledge by getting more Haitian cookbooks.

I was given this book for Christmas because I was looking to add some variety to dinners. Not every recipe is for me - I am not a big fan of goat, unless it's to look at how cool they are at a petting zoo - but there are some tasty flavor combinations that I wouldn't normally think of and some recipes that I've included in dinner rotation. This book has added creativity to my meals and I appreciate it.
